Terry and I arrived in Cortez, Co on Wed.  It is strange how you can drive through beautiful green mountains and next dry  desert.  We went to Mesa Verde National Park on Thurs.  We toured the ruins with a guided tour.  Going down wasn't so bad, BUT coming back up was terrible.  I can't stand to be in close spaces!!! Well, climbing back out was straight up.  Climbing on rocks (I was on my hands and knees) and then coming to two latters between bolders that a body could barely fit through.  I almost started crying and said I couldn't do it and Terry assured me I could since 40 people were coming behind us.  I made it, but will never do that again!!!!!  Today were went to the four corners.  Where Utah, Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico meet.  An Indian invited us to a Pow Wow on the reservation.  We were informed back at the KOA that was not a good idea.  We also got to see an Indian Dance at Cortez.  The reservation is very poor and in terrible condition.  We were also informed that we shouldn't of gone on the reservation!!!!!!  Leaving tomorrow for Albuquerque, NM.
